Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to bridge the gap between Project Engineering Teams in the USA and our offshore delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project requirements related to heavy material handling systems and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinating between different Project Engineering teams in the USA and offshore delivery team.
- Resource Management: Ensuring that the offshore team has everything they need to perform their tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact between the onsite team and offshore team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work performed by the team, getting feedback from Project Engineering teams in the USA, and ensuring the offshore team follows all quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular progress reports to the RGBSI Management Team.
