Zobility is expanding its Talent Acquisition Team, and we're looking for an HR Generalist Recruiter to join us. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll partner with our recruiters to provide comprehensive recruiting support for hourly/non-exempt and salary/exempt level positions.
- You'll conduct initial resume reviews, schedule interviews at various U.S. sites, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring background checks and necessary training are completed and documented.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships with managers and represent Zobility positively.
- Ability to work independently, making proactive decisions to keep processes moving effectively.
