Manufacturing Operations Excellence Manager

At Zobility, we are seeking a highly skilled Plant Engineering Process Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, leveraging your expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and constraint management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving our common goals. You will be responsible for:

• Leading by Example: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Mentoring and Developing Team Members: Provide guidance and coaching to team members, empowering them to take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute to the success of our organization.
• Improving Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity, quality, and safety.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and achieve organizational objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

• A Strong Technical Background: 2-3 years of technical work experience and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment, preferably with knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering principles.
• Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups, including unionized hourly workforce, and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
