What are the responsibilities and job description for the Materials Manager position at Zobility?
Responsibilities :
- Coordinates all department activities necessary for maintaining accurate inventory levels for production scheduling while achieving department and company goals
- Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures
- Provides necessary support to plant production
- Coordinates with other departments on new parts, sample parts, and pilot parts to ensure timely delivery performance to customers
- Ensures all customer requirements are scheduled to the plant to ensure timely delivery
- Participates in continuous improvement activities
- Other tasks as needed by manager
