Zobility is seeking a highly skilled Support Services Specialist to join our team.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or area.
  • \
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling all correspondence.
  • \
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • \
  • Coordinating events and supporting new hire orientations.
  • \
  • Assisting with record keeping and maintaining accurate records.
  • \
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • \
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • \
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

  • Good multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently.
  • \
  • Self-starter with good organizational skills and discretion.

  • Possess discretion and confidentiality.

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
