Job Description : The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to supervise, coach, mentor, and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members.Responsibilities include but not limited to : Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativityEmbrace and practice leadership principlesCoordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the parts distribution center customer KPI's, related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environmentalProvide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as neededAnalyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasuresUtilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvementsFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior managementRequirements : High School diploma or GEDCollege Degree preferred, but not required3 years of work experience and / or bachelor's degree in related fieldAbility to work any shift and overtime as requiredExcellent organizational, written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customersAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyMust have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programsAdditional Details : 100% onsiteWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
