We are seeking a skilled SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. The SQL DBA will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of SQL databases. This role ensures the security, availability, and reliability of database systems to support business operations and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases in development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Implement and maintain database security, including backups, encryption, and user access management.
- Develop and manage database maintenance plans, including indexing, patching, and upgrades.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning with robust backup and recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to optimize queries, stored procedures, and database schema design.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards.
