As a Senior Director, Enterprise Sales - New Business, you’ll own the strategy and execution needed to drive revenue and achieve other commercial objectives with large healthcare organizations as they partner with Zocdoc. You will lead a team of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including managers and senior-level salespeople. You will establish best practices, optimize existing processes, and introduce innovative workflows to advance the team and amplify Zocdoc’s impact. Additionally, you will provide leadership with visibility into how this team aligns with key company goals, track performance against those goals both strategically and tactically, and forecast commercial outcomes.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 8 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in enterprise or complex B2B sales environments; healthcare sector experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple functions or sub-departments, driving cohesive strategies and consistently exceeding targets in complex commercial settings
- Expertise in long-term strategic planning, performance management, financial acumen, and organizational leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a history of effectively influencing senior executives and cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft data-driven narratives and present compelling strategic cases to diverse audiences
- Superb communication skills, understanding that multiple mediums of communication are key to success
- Humility, believing in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure
