Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection processing
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment
- Assist in laboratory testing procedures and data entry
- Provide patient service and ensure patient comfort during procedures
- Process and handle specimens following established protocols
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate test results
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Familiarity with physiology and patient care practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
