What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Superintendent position at Zodiac Solutions Inc.?
MUST HAVE:
- 10 years of Commercial Landscape Construction experience
- Landscape experience – Specifically landscape installation experience – on the new construction side. (Not Maintenance)
- Demonstrated leadership/management experience
- PW (prevailing wage) Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings, as required
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
- Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
- Work 8 hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required)
- Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.

Pay: $81,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
