Quality Management (QMS ) Specialist (Aerospace)

Job Description Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to support client business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Quality
• Management Systems, including AS9100 standards, and a proven track record of implementing and updating QMS frameworks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and update the process mapping for SAC ROC.
• Define and document Individual Process (ID) details with RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed), targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop competence matrices and maintain process-specific documentation.
• Able to define the process to review frequently the QMS.
• Establish a process for regular QMS reviews and updates.
• Propose, develop and implement tools for managing documentation and ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards.

Should be responsible for the deliverables such as:

• Updated process mapping for SAC ROC.
• Comprehensive ID details for each process.
• Competence matrices for all processes.
• Procedures for regular QMS reviews.
• Recommendations for develop tools to manage documentation and AS9100 compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems and AS9100 compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Work Environment:

Primarily hybrid / remote, with 10-12 weeks of on-site work as per client need and collaborate with team members.

Expenses paid for onsite travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
