- This position functions within Integrated Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations with focus on strategy and operational and digital transformation.
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to leverage digital technologies and Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) processes to enhance overall business performance, drive innovation and create a digitally enabled, connected shopfloor.
- This person will be in a strategic role collaborating with business and manufacturing site leaders, cross functional teams, and understanding business objectives to lead initiatives that enable the organization to adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
- The role also includes enabling manufacturing processes optimization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and ensuring data platforms are available to be leveraged for informed decision-making.
- Create and execute a strategic roadmap for the adoption of 4IR technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing evolution of digital tools, platforms, and technologies.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies and Operational Technology (OT) to drive efficiencies.
- Foster the development of connected factory associates to enhance operational efficiency.
- Define and Implement an Enterprise Manufacturing data Market Place strategy so that data can be leveraged to inform decision-making, track progress, and provide detailed reports / presentations for stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with various departments, and secure executive leadership buy-in for digital initiatives.
- Support Operational Excellence methodologies into digital solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with the overall business objectives
Education and Experience Requirements: (Must have a detailed resume listing results, metrics, accomplishments)
- BS or MS degree in engineering or a related field; graduate degree strongly preferred
- 20 years experience within a highly prestigious Global/Fortune 100 company in a related Integrated Supply Chain(ISC) role, with strong background in Digital Factory, advanced industrial solutions, manufacturing engineering, and technology transfer showing a solid track record of progression, promotion, accomplishments, bottom line results. (MUST HAVE EXPERTISE IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION)
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to leverage digital technologies and Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) processes to enhance overall business performance, drive innovation and create a digitally enabled, connected shopfloor.

- Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategies to leverage digital technologies and Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) processes to enhance overall business performance, drive innovation and create a digitally enabled, connected shopfloor on a Global scale for a Major/Fortune 500 Global High volume, highly elite and progressive CPG or related(Pharma, Medical Device, Food, etc) Manufacturing company
- Expertise in design, development, implementation and full scaling of digital & automation transformation across 25 Global manufacturing sites
- Expert knowledge of enterprise software project execution, crucial for integrated and effective operations.
- Proven success working in an innovative environment and in the development of digital products and services (SaaS, AI, machine learning, IoT, extended reality, 5G networking).
- Experience working in a complex global organization with a strong industrial mindset.
- Provide data-driven strategic thinking and insights to help the business make better-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, and technical knowledge in SQL, Java, PowerBI, Python, and Aveva Wonderware Digital Backbone.
- Demonstrated capability to thrive in a matrix environment of Functions, BUs, and Regions. • Leadership skills and ability to build high performing teams.
- Must have a track record incredible success, accomplishments, bottom line results within career history working within Fortune 500 Global Manufacturing companies, as well as a track record of recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
