Description:
As a Recruiter, you will help us expand the organization’s talent pool by recruiting candidates to fill key positions with our clients. You will be responsible for qualifying, screening and negotiating with suitable candidates to meet daily, weekly and monthly metrics.
The person in this role should continuously source candidates through various methods, including via social media, job boards and networking. You must also manage communications with candidates, from screening to onboarding, to ensure a successful placement. Lastly, you need to be passionate about what you do, hard-working, organized, articulate and eager to work in a team environment, all while continually evolving and improving your skills and the skills of those around you.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains quarterly recruiting metrics, including individual contribution to division gross profit
- Sources applicants through various methods, including job board advertising, job site search, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
- Reviews resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates
- Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen job candidates
- Meets daily and weekly goals of calls, job postings, mass reach outs, submittals, and acceptances determined by the Talent Manager
- Manages all communication with candidates
- Manages the job offer, including negotiation and administration
- Provides regular updates and feedback to the Talent Manager
- Manages candidates in the applicant tracking system
- Facilitates and tracks the pre-employment onboarding process
- Manages existing field staff
- Assists in training Associate Recruiters as directed
- Performs all other duties assigned by the Talent Manager
- Supports and executes the goals of the company effectively and upholds company values
Skills Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous outside sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency, including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Working Conditions:
This position will be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, working on a computer and talking on the phone. This position will be required to attend events and meetings outside of the office.
