HR Administrative Assistant/Payroll Coordinator

Independently perform highly responsible skilled administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties requiring independent judgment and discretion directly related to the operation of the personnel office and related work.

HR Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Processes bi-weekly payroll in Dayforce (HRIS) environment
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Conduct and maintain audit process related to payroll
  • Dayforce (HRIS) maintenance
  • Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Supports human resources department by assisting with benefits packets, benefit open enrollment, job fairs, event planning.
  • Maintain human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Documents and track human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Provide administrative support for the HR department.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree/or work equivalent
  • Two years of administrative support experience
  • Microsoft suite experience
  • Dayforce (HRIS) experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.04 - $26.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
