As a Licensing Specialist in the Compliance Department, you'll:
- Process a high volume of state paperwork and perform other administrative duties. Work at a fast pace and handle several projects at one time. Knowledge of several state rules and regulations regarding post-secondary education licensing.
- Conducts research across multiple states. Research rules and regulations for dental and medical boards of proprietary school licensing requirements.
- New school license applications: Submitting post-secondary education license applications as well as school license renewal applications for dental, medical, and coding programs. Utilize multiple different systems and data upkeep for school applications and supporting paperwork.
- School license renewals: Gather documents, complete and submit license renewal applications, and supporting paperwork to state regulators.
- Business license applications and renewals: Renew business licenses for dental, medical, and coding academy schools.
- School regulatory inspections: Coordinate with state regulators and company staff, prepare documents for and sometimes attend regulatory inspections out-of-state, assuring that all necessary documentation is ready. Conduct checks of school files, catalogs, enrollment agreements, and student documents.
- Assist with school fire inspections: Communicate and coordinate with Campus Managers to ensure fire inspections are scheduled and completed timely.
- Order and renew bonds: Order bonds for the new school and renew for existing locations; maintain a tracking sheet to keep bond information current and accurate.
- Communication and collaboration: Communicate with coworkers, and other company staff, and conduct quality state regulators regarding our programs, rules, and regulations.
- Company reporting and record-keeping: Update progress in company records.
- Schools Staff Applications: Review, submit, and manage school staff records.
- Other duties as assigned
Eligibility Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven experience
- A degree in a field highly relevant to the job
