Position Summary:
Zolman's Best One Tire is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across our 13 locations, supporting a workforce of 176 employees. This pivotal role ensures alignment with our business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will supervise key HR functions, working closely with team members and supporting the company's operational success.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage unemployment-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and champion workplace safety initiatives.
- Manage employee uniforms and oversee inventory across all locations.
- Supervise payroll changes in collaboration with the office employee responsible for payroll processing.
- Manage and monitor fuel card distribution and usage.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance matters.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-10 of HR management experience, with a proven track record of overseeing multi-location operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and locations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
