Seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our paid media, SEO, and SEM strategies to drive growth and maximize ROI. The focus will be on driving performance through data-driven strategies, optimizing campaigns, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). They will oversee a team of SEO & SEM specialists.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ad Strategy : Oversee and optimize paid social and digital advertising strategies to meet revenue and performance goals.
- Paid media : Develop and execute multi-channel paid media plans to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion (including meta / TikTok, and non-social channels).
- Media Relationships : Build and manage relationships with media partners to enhance reach and performance.
- Audience Targeting & Growth : Develop and refine audience targeting and segmentation strategies to reach key demographics.
- SEO : Lead SEO team initiatives to improve organic rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
- SEM : Lead team for development of SEM campaigns, keyword targeting, bid optimization, and ad performance analysis.
- Collaborate with an SEO Specialist and SEM Specialist to align strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Analytics : Monitor and analyze campaign performance with analytics partner to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Lead team to leverage A / B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to improve performance.
- Budget Management : allocate, manage and track budgets effectively across channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Test & Learn : Evaluate opportunities to scale performance & growth.
- Trends & Innovation : Informed of emerging trends, technologies, and tools to keep strategies competitive.
- Manage and develop an SEO Specialist and SEM Specialist, ensuring alignment with performance goals. Provide mentorship and feedback to drive continuous improvement and growth.
