Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support & Lead Generation :
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales representatives.
Support sales efforts by conducting research and preparing client proposals.
Client Relationship Management :
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
Learn to assess client needs and recommend suitable security solutions.
Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product & Industry Learning :
Gain a strong understanding of the companys security solutions and industry trends.
Shadow senior account executives to learn best practices in sales and client management.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and sales materials.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Experience : 02 years of sales experience (internships or customer-facing roles are a plus).
Education : Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
Self-motivated and goal-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
