Zonda is looking for a passionate Finance Manger to help evolve and expand our Finance team. Zonda looks for people who can grow, think, dream, and create. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Revenue Forecasting for multiple business units
- Preparation of annual budget for multiple business units
- CAPEX reporting and forecasting across multiple business units
- Dashboarding and advanced analytics
- Weekly systems reconciliations (SSRS, Vena, Epicor, Salesforce, etc.)
- Preparation of monthly Financial Statements: P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Monthly Bank Reporting (funding requirement)
- Assemble, integrate, and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Development of complex financial models, ad-hoc modeling, scenario analysis
- Manage, Mentor and develop small team of finance professionals
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operation Finance
- Annual Budgeting and Revenue Forecasting
- Ability to create: P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Reports across multiple lines of business
- Expert level experience with MS Excel
- Proficient in data extraction from ERP and Accounting Systems
- Create and maintain data models
- Complex detail reporting to internal partners
- Executive Reporting and Presentations
- Management of a small team

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics
