Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the North America recruiting process by managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping build teams that contribute to the overall success of the company.
What you’ll do as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate itineraries and travel arrangements to ensure that all candidates have a positive and consistent interview experience with Zones. Process to include internal calendar scheduling, communications with both candidates and internal interviewers at all levels, and confirmation messages
- Create, revise, post, and maintain job requisitions in internal recruitment system, external careers page, and applicable recruiting websites and job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, and others
- Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to conduct outreach, job fairs, and social media campaigns and increase the company and employment brand with an emphasis on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Glassdoor to fill open positions.
- Become a master at Jobvite, our applicant tracking system, run continual audits on posting accuracy, track recruiting activity, and run weekly reports
- Assist in the coordination of other non-recruiting activities as needed
- Process offer letters and ensure new hires transfer to IT and HR through weekly meetings with these departments to look for discrepancies

- Create visual recruiting materials as needed
- Maintain reporting for company leaders regarding recruitment and onboarding and aid in transferring these reports to PowerPoint for leaders
- Coordination tasks with agencies/vendors for candidate submissions, interview set up and obtaining feedback.
What you will bring to the team:
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required
- ATS experience - Jobvite a plus
- Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy; Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must be a self-starter and the ability to work under limited supervision
- Adaptable and flexible; works well in a casual, yet fast-paced and changing environment
