Hourly pay benefits.
The Program Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the installation of all desktop hardware for approximately 10,000 desks. Accountable for project delivery within budget while adhering to project timelines.
What you'll do as the Program Manager :

- Management of (3) project managers
- Tracking project performance utilizing designated tools.
- Scheduling and management of all onsite technicians.
- Maintaining project budget and tracking resource hours against budget.
- Delegating project tasks to team leads (Level 3 technicians).
- Performing quality control as work is executed maintaining the expected standards.
- Managing technician's escalations and communicating issues.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
