Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead our client relationship efforts. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring overall account success.
- BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Foster long-term relationships through exceptional service and support.
- SERVE AS PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT: Address daily priorities and concerns for clients.
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS: Design and implement customized solutions that meet client needs.
- ADDRESS CLIENT ISSUES PROMPTLY: Uphold our commitment to excellence in issue resolution.
- OVERSEE DAILY OPERATIONS: Manage workflow for a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
- RESOLVE COMPLEX PROBLEMS: Escalate critical issues to ensure seamless account management.
- DEVELOP CLIENT PROGRAMS: Document and maintain client programs, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
