We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Services Coordinator to join our dental office team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental administrative support and a solid understanding of dental terminology, ensuring smooth operations within our dental office. We will train the right person even if no experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing processes.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate effective care.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Support the dental clinical team by preparing necessary documentation for patient visits.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software applications and electronic health record systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
