Job Description : Entry-Level Drain Technician Location : Zoom Drain – Phoenix, AZ Shift : 2nd Shift, Wednesday to Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM, with on-call weekends About Zoom Drain : Zoom Drain is a leading provider of expert sewer and drain services. Position Overview : We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Drain Technician to join our Phoenix team. In this role, you’ll work the 2nd shift from Wednesday to Friday, providing essential drain cleaning and maintenance services. You’ll also serve as part of the on-call team during weekends to respond to urgent customer needs. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. Responsibilities : Perform drain cleaning and maintenance using company-provided tools and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve drain and sewer-related issues efficiently and professionally. Provide excellent customer service, explaining work performed and offering preventative maintenance tips. Complete service reports accurately and promptly. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Respond to weekend on-call requests as needed, ensuring quick and effective service.
