General Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide our guests with a “World Class” experience by greeting our guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Has a thorough understanding of Zoom Express Car Wash products and promotions to effectively drive sales by providing a solution.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- All Employees, will stay up to date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.
- Drive sales results by creating strategic plans and initiating actions that maximize efficiencies and eliminate obstacles.
- Demonstrate and maintain the highest levels of customer service.
- Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through “Going above a beyond” to drive sales
- Welcoming customers to our wash and answering their queries
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases and VIP CLUBS
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper guest service
- Build productive trust relationships with guests, treat them like family
- Clean and maintain the wash inside and out
- The job requires all employees to work inside the tunnel, office and out in our vacuum area as needed. We work in all types of weather.
Requirements:
Education, Experience and Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Must possess superior communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Highest level of integrity and ethics, both professional and personal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to use a computer, tablet, smart phone, software, and the internet.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. All safety equipment is provided. Employee will be working in the tunnel as well as outside in the vacuum area throughout the work day.
