Position Overview:
The RideWorkZ Manager is responsible for overseeing a crew of Drivers/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and managing all aspects of ZOOM GROUP's transportation services for adults with intellectual disabilities. This role requires a dedicated professional who can effectively manage regulatory reporting, mileage invoicing, fleet maintenance, driver oversight, training, discipline, and service growth while upholding the organization's Core 4 Values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Oversee and lead a team of Drivers/DSPs
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff
- Implement disciplinary actions when necessary
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members
2. Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage and submit required regulatory reports accurately and on time
- Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting transportation services for individuals with disabilities
3. Financial Management:
- Oversee mileage invoicing processes
- Manage budget for fleet maintenance and fuel costs
- Analyze financial data to improve operational efficiency
4. Fleet Management:
- Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules
- Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and in good working order
- Implement and oversee vehicle inspection protocols
- Manage fuel usage and related expenses

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in paratransit or disability services
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using transportation management software and MS Office suite
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and ADA compliance requirements
