We are seeking individuals that have excellent verbal communication/customer service skills and attention to detail to work at our corporate office assisting our clients and salon employees by phone with their needs.
The call center is open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is required.
Starting Pay: $20/hour

Customer Service Job Duties
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and salon. personnel to provide information, and assist in resolving issues.
- Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record the details of calls and the actions that were taken.
- Refer any unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution.
- Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence and other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times.
- Be able to work well within a team environment and individually.
- Prior Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred, but not required.
- Must have exceptional attendance and work ethic.
