About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and placing top engineering talent in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment. You'll collaborate closely with account managers to understand client hiring needs, leverage cold calling and direct outreach, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Prior experience in a staffing agency setting is required. Plus, earn uncapped commission that rewards your hard work and success—your earning potential is in your hands!
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Sourcing: Identify and proactively reach out to top-tier hardware and software engineering talent via cold calls, networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Candidate Engagement: Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a wide range of technical roles. Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Placement: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from outreach and interview coordination to offer negotiation and placement.
- Metrics & Performance: Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs, including call volume, submitted candidates, interviews scheduled, and successful placements.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for both candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication and strong professional relationships.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Must have prior experience working in a staffing agency setting.
- Strong experience with cold calling and high-volume candidate outreach.
- A metrics-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding recruitment goals.

Location: This role will be hybrid 4 times a week in our Woburn office.
