What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner (Float) position at ZoomCare?
ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Work a set schedule with 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off. Come develop your skills in our complete care system with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!
SCHEDULE
- Work 34 hours per week: Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday.
- No admin days and no on call time.
- No evening hours
- Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.
COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year
- Plus a $10,000 float differential, additional shift pay and bonus potential.
- May be sign on bonus or relocation assistance eligible up to $10,000

QUALIFICATIONS
- Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.

WORKING CONDITIONS and REQUIREMENTS
- Must wear a mask as needed
- Standing for long periods of time
- Vaccinated against Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP, and COVID-19
- Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
