As Sales Operations Analyst II, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales performance and operations at ZoomInfo. This position demands a keen analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail, with a primary focus on leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and process enhancement within the sales organization.
What You'll Do:
Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Dive into sales performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Clean and manipulate raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop comprehensive data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Sales Operations Support:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Compensation, Finance, Operations, and Sales to execute strategic initiatives.
- Assist in quota-setting, incentive structuring, and team hierarchy management to drive optimal sales performance.
- Contribute to the creation of special incentives and opportunity alignment strategies.
Insight Generation and Process Enhancement:
- Uncover actionable insights from sales data analysis, presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role or recent degree in an analytical field (e.g., business, economics, engineering, computer science, math).
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with sales compensation software such as Xactly is advantageous.
- A passion for driving meaningful outcomes and a willingness to take initiative and see projects through to completion.
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our US offices.
The US base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 annual bonus benefits.
