In this role, the PR Coordinator will support our company's media relations efforts and broader communications initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders across the organization. - Develop comprehensive briefing materials to prepare spokespeople for media interactions and speaking engagements.
- Create and maintain detailed documents for media events, interviews, and team meetings.
- Build and update targeted media lists to support pitching and new initiatives
- Execute daily media monitoring and compile reports to track coverage and industry trends, providing insights to inform media strategy..
- Produce and distribute engaging weekly media recaps to keep stakeholders informed of relevant coverage and industry developments.
- Assist with content creation and strategic communications initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on communications objectives and deliverables.
- 2-3 years of communications experience in either an in-house or agency setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and systematic approach to task management

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $115,000 to $125,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
