A small, locally owned, established CPA tax firm of 35 years in Boulder, CO is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a long-term professional relationship at a friendly workplace.

Training will be provided. Office administration experience or a relevant college degree is required, as well as maintaining confidentiality and working under deadlines.
For the candidates with relevant comparable prior CPA firm experience, there is potential for a sign-on bonus. Target salary is market, DOE.
Major Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the office daily office hours are 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm
- Client and CPA interaction, including office correspondence, telephone, and mailings
- Maintaining of office supplies and certain office equipment
- Some data entry and ticking / tying of CPA calculations
- Document management and organization, both physical and digital
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, and Outlook predominantly
- Professional appearance and manner, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail
- Must be a team member with an emphasis on providing our valued clients with the highest standards of service
