Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and data science teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives. Clearly articulate project progress, challenges, and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentorship & Team Development : Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Provide technical guidance and support to help them grow in AI skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Innovation & Research : Stay current with industry advancements and emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and agent-based models. Apply this knowledge to continually improve existing AI systems and explore new opportunities.
Documentation & Reporting : Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for AI systems and workflows, ensuring transparency and knowledge continuity within the team.
