1. Market Research & Analysis
Identify Market Opportunities : Conduct thorough research on the Mexican market of port machinery and port service business to identify potential business opportunities, emerging trends, and new areas for expansion.
Competitor Analysis : Monitor competitor activities in Mexico to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies to position the company effectively.
Understand customer preferences : Tailor marketing efforts based on local needs, cultural differences, and purchasing behaviors.
Assess regulatory environment : Understand local laws, tariffs, and other regulations that may impact marketing and sales strategies.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Prospect New Clients : Identify and approach new clients in Mexico
Maintain Client Relationships : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Strategic Partnerships
Coordinate with U.S. headquarters : Work closely with marketing and service departments to tailor services to the local market.
