We are seeking a motivated mid-level Associate to help strengthen and expand our investment management business. This role is pivotal in supporting Embassy’s senior leadership in refining internal processes and enhancing core business functions, including sales, finance, operations, and compliance. We offer flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance and optimize key business functions, including accounting, compliance, fund oversight, and sales support.
- Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of new projects, including product launches and sales initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Support the sales team in client communications, sales efforts, and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across portfolio management, sales, marketing, compliance, and operations to maintain a high-quality operational environment and deliver a premier client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least three years of experience in asset management, management consulting, finance, or accounting, with a track record of success.
- Expertise: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. A strong understanding of investing, finance, accounting principles, and alternative investment strategies is preferred. Experience with various fund structures (mutual funds, private funds) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM. Experience in compliance and accounting is beneficial.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a professional curiosity to learn quickly are essential.
- Travel: Occasional travel required.
