This person will be responsible for growing the technology footprint across East Cluster accounts, specifically within the Life Sciences industry. ZS's Business Technology Solutions team is responsible to lead the end-to-end responsibility of projects across all phases i.e. discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and operations. This team seeks the opportunity to undertake diverse tech roles and foster continuous innovation which benefits the individual’s professional growth and brings the best in delivering world-class technology solutions. In addition, this team configures ZS’s proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations. This team takes overall ownership of the solution delivery, managing operations services, client stakeholder management, contribute to business development and selling activities, project planning, and team management.

What You’ll Do –
- Lead business development efforts to grow ZS’s presence in East Cluster accounts;
- Manage and oversee large-scale technology delivery engagements within the cluster accounts;
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive tech expansion;
- Identify emerging trends and develop innovative technology solutions for clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and go-to-market strategies;
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
What You’ll Bring –
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
- 14 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or IT services within the Life Sciences industry;
- Strong understanding of Pharma domain;
- Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth;
- Expertise in leading large-scale technology implementation and transformation projects;
- Ability to navigate complex client organizations and drive strategic engagements;
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
