What You’ll Do
The MRS Manager (Material Review Station) is responsible for managing the end-to-end demand of the MRS team, define and initiate cross functional KPIs, metrics, and analysis.

What You’ll Do
The MRS Manager (Material Review Station) is responsible for managing the end-to-end demand of the MRS team, define and initiate cross functional KPIs, metrics, and analysis.
Some of the MRS Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead a team of MRS associates,
- Implement efficient repair processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Responsible for day-to-day operational oversight and guidance which align with overall strategic objectives
- Manage and analyze trends for overall efficiency improvement, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop and train team members to support initiatives
- Define and document MRS process requirements to improve efficiency of parts swap and processing,
- Ensure timely processing of swapped parts to the next teams,
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformance,
- Manage MRS team and all related functions
- Manage internal validation of inventory accuracy
- Support Lean Initiatives
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in a professional business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Proficient with MS office applications
- Must possess strong data entry and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal presentation and communication skills required
- Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines,
