Job Overview
Seeking a dynamic Functional Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and support a strategic Client Reporting initiative. This individual will play a critical role in analyzing complex data, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving delivery across both the reporting layer and enterprise data ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and map data across CRM, client reporting, and custodial systems.
Identify and document data lineage—where data originates, how it's transformed, and how it supports client reporting use cases.
Work closely with Wealth Management stakeholders to understand business needs and define reporting/data requirements.
Collaborate with development and data teams to validate data quality, tagging, and completeness.
Serve as a subject matter expert for financial data flows across systems like Salesforce, Seismic, Tamarac, and custodians.
Lead the stand-up of a Client Reporting Tool using Seismic (preferred) or similar.
Drive project planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery coordination.
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams—ensuring alignment across data, technology, and operations.
Deliver executive presentations and keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Required Skills and Experience:
7 years of experience in hybrid BA/PM roles, ideally in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
Proven experience with client reporting data, data integration, and functional data mapping.
Deep understanding of data lineage, data governance, and enterprise-wide data ecosystems.
Strong knowledge of Wealth Management systems.
Hands-on experience with CRM and reporting platforms:
Salesforce (mandatory)
Seismic (preferred)
Tamarac (a plus)
Familiarity with custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Pershing, Fidelity) is a plus.
Ability to communicate confidently with executive and business-level stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills—able to balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to operate independently, proactively ask the right questions, and identify gaps or risks.

Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour
