Salary : Base salary range around 80k to 90k relocation expenses & client approved benefits.
Technical / Functional Skills : Ciso Voice, Contact center (On Prem and Cloud), MS Teams, Amazon Connect
Roles & Responsibilities : Managing Network Voice infrastructure, managing voice infrastructure (Cisco, InContact, MS teams, Polycom, SBC), managing End point devices (Polycom, Cisco SPA and ATA, etc.), knowledge in Windows PowerShell, flexibility to work during weekends / off business hours, good knowledge of ITIL processes, Data Centre touch / hands and Fleet support
