Role: Network Data Security Administrator/Lead
Location: Plano, TX
Job Description
- Routing and Switching, Load Balancing, Firewall, VPN, Cisco Wireless, SD-WAN, Aviatrix
- Routing and Switching ( Cisco )
- Firewall Policy Management and Maintenance
- Better understanding of Load Balancing
- Operational exposure to VPN Troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting of incidents relates to Routing and Switching, Firewall, Loadbalancer, VPN, and Wireless.
- Perform Day to day-to-day operational work pertaining to Network Data and Security (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests)
- Generate Monthly and Quarterly Firewall Audit and Network Capacity Management Reports
- Timely response on break-fix and help in resolving all the incidents pertaining to Network Data and Security
- Plan and Review all the Network Change Requests
- Bring the Service Improvement plan to the Operation Tasks
