  • Define the overall QA strategy, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Design and implement test plans for functional, performance, scalability, and security testing.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks for regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and DevOps, to establish quality goals and testing processes.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of test scripts, cases, and suites for manual and automated testing.
  • Define and monitor key quality metrics (KPIs) to track software quality and testing effectiveness.
  • Identify gaps in the QA process and continuously improve QA practices, tools, and standards.
  • Provide technical leadership to QA teams, mentoring and coaching team members to ensure alignment with quality goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of focus to prioritize testing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software quality and security.
