Job Role: Technical Program Manager-BI and Data Analytics

Job Description:
Program Management Expertise:
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end program delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like TFS, Jira, or Confluence.
- Expertise in creating program roadmaps, setting milestones, and managing risks/issues.
BI and Analytics Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- 8 years of experience in program or project management, focusing on BI and analytics.
- Proven expertise in supply chain processes and analytics (e.g., inventory management, procurement, logistics).
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and SQL.
- Experience working with large datasets, ETL processes, and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
