zTrip is looking for a Vice President of Operations to support, lead, and guide our Birmingham, AL location, driving the growth of our taxi business.

Key Responsibilities of a VP of Operations:
- Manage customer relations effectively through direct contact and outreach initiatives.
- Identify, recruit, train, and mentor location staff and independent contractor drivers, focusing on recruitment and retention.
- Maintain open and frequent communication with location staff and support team members.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure fleet availability meets service demands.
- Supervise safety and training programs to ensure compliance with company, contract, and regulatory standards.
- Foster routine client communication to meet or exceed expectations.
- Conduct periodic audits of departmental processes.
- Review key operational metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Continuously monitor location metrics, report exceptions, and develop action plans to meet financial, safety, and operational goals.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Participate in labor and employee relations activities at the location.
- Contribute to contract renewals by providing insights and information.
- Develop and present the location's annual budget.
Qualifications for a VP of Operations:
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Operations Management, including P&L responsibility.
