Mon – Wed 3pm-12am
Sat & Sun 4am-12pm

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Rep:
- Support our fleet of drivers
- Coordinate routing to ensure timely customer pickups
- Enter data and trips for future reservations
- Assist management in reviewing driver performance
- Work with account managers to develop operational efficiencies
- Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service
Qualifications of a Customer Service Rep:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in routing or logistics preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in routing software and GPS
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
