- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of location staff and independent contractor drivers, focusing on retention and performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between location staff and support teams for operational efficiency.
- Manage fleet maintenance to ensure vehicles meet service demands and operational standards.
- Implement and oversee safety and training programs to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure service levels exceed expectations.
- Conduct audits of operational processes and implement improvements as needed.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Drive strategic initiatives to achieve financial, safety, and operational goals.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

- Develop and manage the location’s annual budget to meet financial objectives.
- 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with leadership and P&L responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
