We are looking for a caring, and devoted Mental Health Practitioner to join our growing team of professionals! As a Mental Health Practitioner you will provide direct mental health services and work one-on-one with clients out in the community, at their home, or at the office. Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload of clients.
- Help develop and work will all members of the treatment plan team as often as needed.
- Facilitate services to clients individually and in a group setting.
- Coach, teach, educate, and model independent living skills to clients.
- Coordinate and make further referrals for clients as needed.
- Seek treatment consultation from Clinical Supervisor.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and notes for each client in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field.
- 1 year of experience providing services to individuals with a mental illness or substance use disorder required.
- Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner in the State of MN
- Licensed as a Social Worker in the State of MN preferred.
- Provisional License in the State of MN will be considered.
- Experience working with severe emotional disturbances in adults is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Pay: $24.37 - $29.24 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience.
