Zumbro Valley Health Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor of Children's Community Services to help develop and enhance the children service program. The Children’s Community Services Supervisor will be responsible for clinical and administrative supervision of staff in Case Management, the Children’s Therapeutic Support Services (CTSS) program.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the hiring, training, supervising, and assign specific clinical responsibilities and duties to staff.
- Plan and facilitate staff meetings.
- Ensure financial forms are completed correctly and entered into the EMR for each child at intake.
- Ensure clinical records meet quality assurance requirements.
- Assure objectives of grants and other funding sources are met; complete quarterly and/or annual reports as necessary.
- Will help develop children service programming for ZVHC.
- Evaluate appropriateness of youth referred into Case Management and CTSS.
- Complete Diagnostic Assessments/Comprehensive Evaluations as necessary to support program requirements.
- Provide therapeutic services as need to support the individuals program needs.
- Assure the clinical staff are implementing evidence-based clinical services that maximize readiness to learn and successful functioning and living in the community.
- Respond to complaints from clients, parents, guardians, or other parties in a timely manner. Consult with Manager of Children’s Community Services as needed.
- Participate in the development and implementation of a family component for the program.
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling.
- Independent professional licensure in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW)
- Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional as defined in 245i.
- Three years of postgraduate experience in a youth mental health setting.
- One year or more experience in supervision preferred.
- Demonstration ability in establishing and meeting priorities and goals.

Pay: $36.44 - $45.54 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience.
