What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sign Fabrication/Installation Lead position at Zuni Sign Company?
An established custom sign company of 35 years, located in Evergreen, Colorado is looking for a person with a wide variety of skills to join our team. We fabricate, install and service signs literally of all kinds and have a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who can multitask, work efficiently and effectively with others to get jobs out the door while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. Sign experience is not a must however, you must have related experience.
With this position you will be exposed to a variety of processes that may require that you to operate a wide variety of equipment including; aerial/boom lifts, CNC routing equipment, painting, welding equipment as well as a wide variety of power tools. There will be moderate to heavy lifting at times.
We want somebody who is organized and can be self-sufficient and who appreciates a good challenge. You must have a positive attitude and work with others or independently. You must have excellent communication and people skills.
Starting pay based upon skill set and experience with regular reviews for raises based upon performance and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in hand and power tools
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of construction sites and equipment
- Familiarity with MIG and stick welding techniques a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of schematics
- Previous experience in manufacturing and construction industries

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
