Key Responsibilities
- Oversee portfolio management for the underwriting team, developing and implementing strategic plans to improve underwriting quality and efficiency.
- Develop and oversee reusable E&S Casualty training resources to streamline efficient onboarding of managers, underwriters, and ASAs.
- Manage Casualty Underwriting Manager desk reviews to maintain underwriting quality and coordinate with the Zurich E&S CUO in the performance of Underwriting Quality Reviews.
- Provide technical guidance to E&S Casualty and referral recommendations as a subject matter expert to support expediated resolutions of complex casualty risk exposure.
