Responsibilities and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and implementing complex data pipelines, telematics data structures, formats, attributes, standards, and protocols.
- Required Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge in Azure analytics, compute, and databases (SQL DB, Databricks, ADF, DBT, Delta Lake, Synapse, AKS, Azure Devops, Azure SQL, SnowFlake etc.)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, PySpark etc.
- Hands-on experience in working on automated CI/CD environments following software engineering best practices
- Strong understanding of pub-sub and streaming architecture with hands-on knowledge in an enterprise setup on one of Kafka, Spark Streaming, MQTT etc.
Additional requirements include proficiency in API technology including REST, SOAP, and experience with integrating sensor-driven data, driver behavioral data along with traditional insurance data to enable data analytics for improved risk management, enhanced safety, cost savings etc.
